Absence Notice
Brookfield Adult Center requires 24 hour notice for all clients who will not attend program. An advanced notice allows us to plan accordingly. Please call (262) 599-8083 or email brookfieldadultcenter@gmail.com to notify of any member absence.

Brookfield Adult Center will notify all clients as soon as possible of any weather closures.
